Environmetal policy
2A strongly believes that the respect of the environment and of the resources employed is one of the social duties of a modern company. In order to continuously improve its environmental performances and to reduce to the minimum the impact caused by its activities, 2A has developed an environmental management system respecting the worldwide accepted standard UNI EN ISO 14001 standard requirements obtaining the certification in 2002: this certification reflects the environmental conscience with which 2A is working.
The strategic inputs of the environmental policy can be resumed as follows:
-) constant attention towards every environmental problem correlated to the activities done on the sites by paying attention to the consumption of resources and raw materials;
-) identification of global environmental aspects interested by the activities done and evaluation of their significance;
-) maintenance of the conformity of the rules in use in the environmental field;
-) reduction of the production of waste and particular involvement in the research of recycling or reuse methods.
